The L6S UV-Visible Spectrophotometer features a professional proportional monitoring dual beam of light optical path system and low noise circuit design, with excellent Reliability and Stability. The instrument can meet a wide range of needs from daily analysis to scientific research, and can be equipped with an optional tablet for wireless control and data transmission.

Principle
The L6S UV-Visible Spectrophotometer works based on a proportional monitoring dual-beam of light optical path system. The composite light emitted by the light source is separated by a monochromator and becomes monochromatic light. The monochromatic light is divided into two beams, one passing through the sample and the other as a reference. The system calculates the transmittance or Absorbance of the sample by comparing the intensities of the two beams according to Lambert-Beer's law, so as to realize qualitative or quantitative analysis of substances.

Steps
1. Boot initialization.
2. According to the test requirements, set parameters such as wavelength through the touch screen.
3. Perform automatic adjustment of "0T%" and "100T%" operations.
4. Put in the sample and reference, and start the measurement.
5. Select the desired functions (e.g. scanning, concentration reading, etc.) for data analytics.
6. It can be connected to the PC through the USB interface for further processing or storage using UVwin8 software.
Notice
• Power supply voltage must be AC220V +/- 22V, frequency 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
• The rated power of the instrument is 200W, please ensure that the power supply is stable.
• When replacing the deuterium lamp, pay attention to the operation specifications, and uninstall the flange positioning screws to avoid touching the Miscellaneous Optical inspection parts.
• Before use, make sure the Colorimetric dish is clean and properly placed in the Colorimetric dish holder.
• Some advanced features (such as full-band scanning, Baseline flatness, etc.) are only available on the S instrument.
• Optional thermal graphics printer, UVwin8 software, or Miscellaneous Colorimetric tray holder to meet specific needs.
• The instrument comes standard with a 1cm Colorimetric dish holder.
