Features
1. Adopt professional optical, mechanical and electrical design, with superior performance and cost performance.
2. Adopt 8-inch color touch LCD display, providing flexible and convenient operation.
3. Adopt proportional double beam of light path structure, and configure high-performance "Holographic grating" low stray light high resolution monochromator, with outstanding Optical inspection accuracy, measurement accuracy, reproducibility and Stability.
4. With unique automatic adjustment "0" and adjustment "100" functions, as well as automatic 8-hole sample holder.
5. With dynamic time scanning, GOTO lambda, linear regression, concentration direct reading, peak and valley detection and other advanced functions.
6. Optional thermal plotter for data printing, Light spectrum scanning, fixed wavelength time scanning, linear regression and other Linear dispersion drawing.
7. With a USB interface, it can interact with the PC through the standard UVwin8 ultraviolet spectroscopy software, strengthen the data processing function, realize the mass storage of test documents, and provide convenience for the user's secondary development.
8. Equipped with professional power-off protection measures, it can memorize measured data, scan patterns, regression equations, and instrument correction values, etc., and realize quick boot-up initialization into the test state.
9. The instrument uses a high-energy long-life flange positioning deuterium lamp. When replacing, only two flange positioning screws need to be unloaded, eliminating the need for cumbersome optical path adjustment.
Principle
The instrument is based on the UV-Vis Spectrophotometric method, spectrophotometry principle. Its proportional dual-beam of light Optical inspection system splits the composite light emitted by the light source through a monochromator to form monochromatic light. The monochromatic light is divided into two beams, one through the sample and the other as a reference. The system compares the intensities of the two beams of light and measures the absorption of specific wavelengths of light by the sample, so as to realize qualitative or quantitative analysis of substances.
Applications
Daily analysis, scientific research
Steps
1. Boot initialization.
2. Set parameters such as wavelength through the touch screen.
3. Use the automatic adjustment function to calibrate "0" and "100".
4. Place the sample in the automatic 8-well sample holder.
5. Select the desired function (such as concentration direct reading, Light spectrum scanning, etc.) to start the measurement.
6. You can print data or Linear dispersion through a thermal plotter, or connect to a computer through a USB interface to use UVwin8 software for data processing and storage.
Notice
* Power supply voltage requirement is AC220V +/- 22V, frequency is 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
The rated power of the instrument is 200W, and it is necessary to ensure a stable power supply.
When replacing the deuterium lamp, it is necessary to pay attention to the operation specifications, and uninstall two flange positioning screws to avoid improper operation affecting the light path.
* Thermal plotter is optional, not standard.
When connecting to a PC using the USB interface, the standard UVwin8 UV spectroscopy software needs to be installed and used.
The instrument has a power-off protection function, but if it is restarted after an unplanned power outage, it is still necessary to confirm the initialization status and data integrity.
