Principle
The instrument works based on the UV-Vis Spectrophotometric method, spectrophotometry principle. The composite light emitted by the light source is separated by a monochromator (using Czerny-Turner structure, focal length 160mm, equipped with 1200 gr/mm grating) to obtain monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. The monochromatic light passes through a dual-beam of light optical path system, one beam passes through the sample, and the other beam is used as a reference. The light intensity signals of the two beams are received by the import Detector and converted into electrical signals, which are processed and calculated by the circuit system. Finally, information such as the transmittance, Absorbance or concentration of the sample are obtained.

Steps
1. Boot initialization.
2. According to the test requirements, select the corresponding functions (such as Light spectrum scanning, dynamic scanning, concentration calculation, etc.).
3. Set test parameters (such as wavelength, scanning speed, etc.).
4. Put in the reference solution and the sample to be tested.
5. Take measurements and read or record data.
6. Data transmission and further processing can be carried out by connecting the computer or optional software through the USB interface.
