Overview
The KOSON KS-96 digital ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) instrument is a device that can quickly and conveniently detect, locate, evaluate and diagnose various defects in the workpiece (such as crazing, welding, pores, pinholes, inclusions, folds, etc.) without damage.
Features
High speed: 600MHZ (hard sampling 150, frequency doubling is 4).
2. 100 flaw detection channels.
3. Built-in flaw detection standard, can be freely called out.
4. True color display: A variety of Color optional, adjustable luminance.
5. High-speed USB interface for computer communication.
6. PC-soft can automatically generate flaw detection reports.
7. Display SL Basis Weight value in real time.
8. Large-capacity, high-performance lithium battery, capable of continuous operation for 7-10 hours.
9. Small size, light weight, easy to operate on site.
10. Hand straps, lanyards, and belts are more suitable for on-site, outdoor, and aerial work (optional accessories).
Principle
The instrument emits ultrasonic waves into the workpiece. When the ultrasonic waves encounter defects or interfaces, they will be reflected, refracted or scattered. The instrument receives these echo signals and analyzes them to detect, locate and evaluate the internal defects of the workpiece.
Applications
