Overview
HUXI HR-500D digital display high shear dispersion Mulser originated in Germany, which is smart and convenient. It uses the original German motor, which runs stably, has low noise, can run for a long time, and has a Rotation speed of 28000rpm. The equipment has more than 20 kinds of working heads to choose from, supports vacuum operation, and can easily meet a variety of high-demand dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization experiments.

Principle
The high-speed homogeneous Mulser is composed of a high-speed swirl/spin rotor and a precise stator working chamber. Relying on high linear speeds, it generates strong hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed, and mixed, and finally a stable high-quality product is obtained.

Steps
1. According to the amount of material handled and viscosity, choose the appropriate cutter head specification and install it.
2. Connect and fix the working head to the drive motor through the coupling.
3. Connect the 220V power supply.
4. Rotation speed (10000~ 28000rpm range) is set by stepless governor, and the digital display will display the current Rotation speed in real time.
5. Immerse the working head in the material to be processed and start the equipment for dispersion, emulsification or homogenization.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply, remove and clean the working head.
Notice
Processing capacity (0.2~ 7000mL) and viscosity according to choose the appropriate head specifications and materials (such as SS316L, PTFE).
• The power supply of the device is 220V 50/60HZ, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Please operate the stepless governor smoothly when adjusting the speed, and pay attention to the Rotation speed display.
• The contact part of the working head is stainless steel, but it is still necessary to judge its corrosion resistance according to the nature of the material, and clean it in time after use.
• When the equipment is running, make sure that the working head is firmly installed to avoid loosening.
After a long period of operation, please pay attention to the temperature of the equipment to ensure that it operates within a safe range.
