Overview
The FANGZHOU PHS-10 Portable acidity meter is a simple-to-operate, programmatic-designed instrument with anti-corrosion and waterproof characteristics, which can adapt to harsh measurement environments. Adopting AC and DC dual-use power mode, it is easy to carry field measurement, the product mass is reliable, the key components are imported components, and the integrated design has no moving parts.
Features
1. LCD display, membrane buttons
2. Microprocessor control, programmatic design
3. Ergonomic design, easy and fast to use in the field
4. AC/DC dual-use power mode
5. Able to measure pH, mV, ORP, T value of solution
6. Multi-point automatic correction, automatic identification buffer
7. Power-off protection, automatic storage of instrument calibration data, can store 200 sets of measurement data
8. Automatic delay shutdown, factory default setting is 15 minutes
9. With signal equilibrating function, improve instrument Response speed and shorten data Stabilization time
10. ATC automatic identification, manual/automatic temperature compensation
Principle
The instrument is controlled by a microprocessor, connected to the Sensor through the Electrode interface and the temperature interface to measure the pH, mV, ORP and temperature values of the solution. It has the function of automatic temperature compensation, and ensures the measurement accuracy through multi-point automatic correction and buffer identification.
Applications
Environmental protection, agricultural products, disease control, wastewater treatment, universities and scientific research
Steps
1. Electrode and temperature sensor
2. Turn on the power supply (use 2 AA alkaline batteries or universal DC5V power supply)
3. 1/2/3 point calibrate
4. Select Measurement mode (pH, mV, ORP or temperature)
5. Electrode immersion in the solution to be tested
6. Read the measurement data on the LCD screen
7. The instrument automatically stores data (up to 200 sets)
8. Automatic delayed shutdown after use (default 15 minutes)
Notice
• Electrode and interface clean and drying before use
• Standard buffers (PH4.00, PH6.86, PH9.18) should be used when calibrating
Avoid prolonged use in extreme temperature environments
• Regularly check battery level to ensure measurement Stability
• Keep the instrument drying during storage to prevent corrosion
• Do not expose Electrode to air for long periods of time
• Follow the correct temperature compensation settings
