Principle

The FZ-640 2-in-1 Electrode integrates a pH-sensitive Glass electrode and a reference Electrode. Its pH-sensitive Glass membrane bulbs respond to the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution, creating a potential difference. The reference Electrode provides a stable reference potential through a double salt bridge structure (internally charged Ag/AgCl system). The potential difference between the two is converted into a pH value reading by the pH Meter.
