FANGZHOU FZ-501 ORP oxidation reduction Electrode is a plastic shell needle type platinum Electrode, suitable for measurement of strong oxidation reduction systems. Operating temperature range is 5-70 ℃, using plastic fiber reference structure and single liquid boundary design, the interface is BNC, and the filling liquid cannot be filled.

Principle
ORP oxidation reduction Electrode reflects the oxidation reduction ability of the solution by measuring the potential difference (ie Oxidation-reduction potential, ORP value) generated by the electron transfer between the oxidation and reduced substances in the solution. Electrode's platinum measurement body acts as an electronic conductor and forms a measurement circuit with the reference Electrode. The potential difference is displayed as an ORP value after being converted by the instrument.
Applications
Suitable for strong oxidation reduction system
Steps
1. Check whether the Electrode Appearance is in good condition and confirm that the BNC interface is clean.
2. Connect the Electrode BNC connector with the corresponding interface of the matching ORP measurement instrument firmly.
3. Electrode measurement end is immersed in the solution to be tested to ensure that the platinum needle measurement body and the liquid interface are completely immersed.
4. Turn on the meter and record the ORP Measured value after the reading is stable.
5. After the measurement is completed, rinse the Electrode with deionized water and store it properly.

• The filling solution in this Electrode cannot be filled, please do not try to open or add the filling solution.
• Please control the operating temperature within the range of 5-70 ° C to avoid drastic changes in temperature.
• Electrode is dedicated to strong oxidation reduction systems, do not use in unsuitable areas.
• It should be cleaned in time after use to prevent contaminants from clogging the liquid junction.
• Electrode measurement end should be kept moist to avoid drying.
• Do not bend or hit the Electrode, especially the pin-type platinum measurement body part.
