Overview
FANGZHOU FZ-502 ORP oxidation reduction Electrode is a laboratory ORP Electrode with plastic shell and ring platinum measurement body, suitable for the measurement of weak oxidation reduction systems. Operating temperature range is 5-70 ℃, using plastic fiber reference structure and single liquid boundary design, built-in non-filling electrolysis liquid, and the interface is BNC standard connector.

Principle
ORP oxidation reduction Electrode senses the potential of the oxidation reduction pair in the solution through its cyclic platinum measurement body, which is related to the oxidation reduction capacity (ORP value) of the solution. The reference system (plastic fiber structure) inside Electrode provides a stable reference potential. After the potential difference between the two is measured and converted, the ORP value of the solution can be obtained.
Applications
Suitable for weak oxidation reduction system
Steps
1. Check whether the Electrode Appearance is in good condition and confirm that the BNC connector is clean.
2. Correctly connect the Electrode to the corresponding ORP measurement instrument through the BNC interface.
3. Immerse the ring platinum measurement body part of Electrode into the solution to be tested to ensure that the liquid junction part is fully in contact with the solution.
4. Turn on the measurement meter and wait for the reading to stabilize to record the ORP value.
5. After the measurement is completed, rinse the Electrode with deionized water and store it properly.
Notice
• Electrode is suitable for weak oxidation reduction system, do not use in strong oxidation reduction environment beyond its design range.
• Temperature range is 5-70 ℃, avoid using at temperatures beyond this range.
• Electrode filling solution cannot be filled by itself, do not try to open or inject the liquid.
• Electrode should be cleaned with deionized water in time after use to prevent contamination or crystallization from blocking the liquid boundary.
• Avoid violent collision or bending to prevent damage to the plastic case or the internal platinum ring measurement body.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to store it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
