RWD50E overhead electronic Stirrer is a laboratory equipment that uses LED digital display to run Rotation speed. It adopts a low-noise mechanical deceleration structure, which is compact in size and has a large output torque. Features
1. Speed range 30-2200rpm, constant Rotation speed, high and low speed precise control, minimum Rotation speed 30rpm, with digital feedback to ensure constant speed and torque.
2. With maintenance-free brushless DC motor, it can operate continuously and stably for a long time.
3. Equipped with overload protection and motor protection, it can automatically cut off the circuit and alarm when overload, short circuit or abnormal speed occurs.
4. Stable start to effectively prevent sample overflow.
5. The closed case prevents liquid from splashing into the internal corrosion circuit of the machine.
6. Equipped with stirringrod penetration hole, it is convenient to replace the stirringrod without moving the stirring head up and down.
7. Adopt stainless steel chuck with locking function, easy to operate, high axis degree, prevent stirringrod from loosening.
8. Rotation speed can be adjusted automatically according to the change of sample viscosity.
Principle
Driven by a maintenance-free brushless DC motor, the device transmits power to the stirringrod through a low-noise mechanical deceleration structure. Its Control system has a digital feedback function of Rotation speed, which can maintain constant speed operation according to the set value, and can automatically adjust the output torque according to the change of sample viscosity.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. According to the sample requirements, install the appropriate size stirringrod through the stirringrod penetration hole, and use a stainless steel chuck to clamp and lock.
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate height.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the required Rotation speed through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be fine-tuned as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the stirringrod and clean it.

* Please ensure that the device is used at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
* Power supply voltage needs to match 100-240VAC, rated Frequency 50/60HZ.
* Processing capacity is 20L, do not overdose.
Maximum viscosity is 10000mPas. Do not use with samples exceeding this viscosity.
* The clamping range of the chuck is φ 0.5~ 10mm, please use the stirringrod with the matching size.
The equipment is equipped with overload and motor protection functions. After alarming and automatically stopping, please check the cause before using it.
Pay attention to the protection of the closed housing to avoid large amounts of liquid being sputtered directly onto the equipment.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
