Overview
HUXI RWD100E (set) Top-mounted electronic Stirrer is a laboratory mixing equipment that uses LED digital display to run Rotation speed. It is professional in craftsmanship, adopts a low-noise mechanical deceleration structure, is small in size but has a large output torque, and is suitable for scientific research, Universities & colleges, chemical industry and other purposes.
Features
1. Speed range 30-2200rpm, constant Rotation speed, high and low speed precise control, minimum Rotation speed 30rpm, with digital feedback to ensure constant speed and torque.
2. With maintenance-free brushless DC motor, it can operate continuously and stably for a long time.
3. Equipped with overload protection and motor protection, it can automatically cut off the circuit and alarm when overload, short circuit or abnormal speed occurs.
4. Stable start to effectively prevent sample overflow.
5. The closed case prevents liquid from splashing into the internal corrosion circuit of the machine.
6. Equipped with stirringrod penetration hole, it is convenient to replace the stirringrod, no need to move the stirring head up and down, just adjust the height of the Impeller.
7. The stainless steel chuck with locking function is used, which is convenient and fast to operate and has high axis degree, which can prevent the stirringrod from loosening.
8. Rotation speed can be adjusted automatically according to the change of sample viscosity.
Principle
Driven by a maintenance-free brushless DC motor, the Stirrer transmits power through a low-noise mechanical deceleration structure. Its Control system has a digital feedback function of Rotation speed, which automatically adjusts the output torque to maintain constant speed operation according to the set Rotation speed and changes in the load (sample viscosity).

Steps
1. Install the stirringrod: insert the stirringrod into the stainless steel chuck (clamping range φ 0.5~ 10mm) and lock it.
2. Adjust the height: Easily adjust the Impeller to the desired height through the stirringrod penetration hole.
3. Set Rotation speed: Set the required Rotation speed in the range of 30-2200rpm through the control panel.
4. Start operation: Start the equipment smoothly for stirring.
5. Operation fine-tuning: Rotation speed can be fine-tuned according to experimental requirements during operation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 100-240VAC, Frequency 50/60HZ range.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Processing capacity is 40L, maximum viscosity is 50000mPas, do not exceed the limit.
• Note that the equipment has overload and motor protection functions. After triggering the alarm to automatically stop, please check the cause before using it.
• Do not use under conditions beyond the Protection Rating IP42 to avoid large spills of liquids.
• Device weight is 2.8kg, please pay attention when moving and installing.
• When replacing the stirringrod, please use the through hole design without moving the stirring head up and down.
