HUXI RWD150E overhead electronic Stirrer is a mixing equipment with LED digital display running Rotation speed, low noise mechanical deceleration structure, small size and large output torque. Principle
The RWD150E Overhead Stirrer is driven by a maintenance-free DC brushless motor, which outputs torque through a low-noise mechanical deceleration structure, and LED digital display real-time feedback Rotation speed to ensure constant running speed. During the mixing process, the equipment can automatically adjust the torque according to the viscosity of the sample, and has a Safety protection mechanism. Automatic stop in abnormal circumstances to ensure safety.

Steps
Install the Stirrer in a stable position and connect it to a power supply (100-240VAC, 50/60Hz).
2. Install the stirringrod (clamping range φ 0.5~ 10mm) through the stainless steel chuck and fix it with the locking function.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed (30-2200rpm) through the LED digital display.
4. Start the equipment, run smoothly, and adjust the Rotation speed according to the sample viscosity.
5. Turn off the power after use, clean the equipment, pay attention to Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range, Frequency matching 50/60HZ.
• Operating Environment temperature should be maintained at 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• The stirringrod needs to be locked with a stainless steel chuck to prevent loosening.
• If there is an overload, short circuit or abnormal speed during operation, the device will automatically stop and alarm, and it needs to be checked and restarted.
• Avoid liquid splashing into the machine to ensure the protective effect of the closed shell.
• Rotation speed adjusted according to sample viscosity (up to 80000mPas) to avoid overload operation.
• Device weight 3.0kg, need to be placed on a smooth surface operation.
