Overview
YONGLIDA QSJ-III FM sand mill dispersing and stirring three-purpose machine is a multi-functional laboratory equipment, integrating three functions of sand grinding, dispersing and stirring. The equipment adopts FM Working Principle, the motor Power is 550W, the speed range is 0~ 7500rpm, the lift Travel 200mm, the impeller diameter Is 50mm, the dispersion barrel volume is 1.2L.
Features
1. One machine with three functions: both grinding, dispersing and stirring.
2. FM Speed Regulation: Adopt FM Working Principle to achieve stepless speed regulation.
3. Wide speed range: Rotation speed can be adjusted between 0 and 7500 rpm.
4. Lifting design: Travel up to 200mm, easy to operate.
Principle
The equipment adopts the Frequency Modulated Working Principle, which realizes stepless control of the spindle Rotation speed by adjusting the working Frequency of the motor, so as to adapt to the requirements of different processes such as sand grinding, dispersion and stirring for Rotation speed.
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect the power supply.
2. Install the corresponding treatment head (e.g. impeller) according to the process requirements (sanding, dispersing or mixing).
3. Put the material into the dispersion bucket.
4. Rotation speed set by FM controller.
5. Start the equipment and adjust the depth of the processing head in the material through the lifting mechanism.
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the power, remove the processing head, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage (220V 50Hz) matches the local power grid before use.
Equipment should be placed on a stable and firm workbench for operation.
• Rotation speed is selected according to the nature of the material and process requirements.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating, and avoid contact with high-speed swirling/spinning parts of the body.
• The treatment head and dispersion bucket should be cleaned in time after use.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal electrical components of the equipment.
