Overview
HUXI HXLG-10-50DG freeze dryer is a multi-manifold gland type Benchtop freeze drying equipment. It uses the principle of sublimation to freeze water-containing materials into solids, and sublimates water under low temperature and low pressure conditions to achieve low temperature dehydrate drying of materials. The equipment is suitable for freeze drying and strain preservation in biological research, medicine, chemical industry, Food processing, Universities & colleges and other fields.

Principle
The freeze dryer mainly uses the principle of sublimation to dehydrate the material. Its working process is to freeze the water-containing material into a solid first, and then use the sublimation performance of water under low temperature and low pressure conditions to make the ice crystals in the material directly sublimate into water vapor and be captured by the cold trap, so as to realize the low temperature dehydrate drying of the material.
