Overview
HUXI HXLG-12-50DG freeze dryer is a multi-manifold gland type Benchtop freeze drying equipment. It uses the principle of sublimation to freeze water-containing materials into solids, and sublimates water under low temperature and low pressure conditions to achieve low temperature dehydrate drying of materials. The equipment is suitable for freeze drying and strain preservation in biological research, medicine, chemical industry, Food processing, Universities & colleges and other fields.

1. Rapid cooling, uniform temperature on the inner wall of the cold trap, professional gas diversion technology is adopted, and the water replenishment effect is good.

Principle
The freeze dryer mainly uses the principle of sublimation to dehydrate the material. The process is to pre-freeze the water-containing material into a solid, and then under the conditions of low temperature and low pressure, the sublimation performance of water is used to make the solid ice directly sublimate into water vapor, so as to remove the moisture in the material without going through the liquid state and realize low temperature dehydrate drying.
