HG-60DLF diaphragm vacuum pump is a new type of diaphragm vacuum pump independently developed and produced by HUXI brand. It can operate continuously in an oil-free state and has the characteristics of low noise, high work efficiency and long service life. The product has both functions of vacuum pump and Compressor, which can greatly reduce laboratory procurement costs. It is mainly used in vacuum distillation, Reaction Kettle, vacuum suctionfiltration, vacuum condensing, vacuum drying, compression and gas conversion.

Principle
The diaphragm vacuum pump is driven by a motor to reciprocate the diaphragm to achieve gas suction and compression in an oil-free state. Using a two-stage pumping structure, it can achieve a higher Vacuum Level and positive pressure.

Steps
1. Check whether the local voltage matches the machine label and use a transformer if necessary
2. Place the product on a horizontal desktop shock-proof device
3. Ensure that the ventilating port is open
4. Connect the hose that matches the air inlet
5. Install a silencer at the air outlet
6. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
Notice
This product can only be used for air extraction
● Do not let corrosion liquid or particulate material into the pump
● Water vapor, oil contaminants or Miscellaneous liquids need to be filtrated first
● Ambient Temperature cannot exceed 55 ℃
It cannot be used at high altitudes
● The product is a precision instrument and needs to be prevented from being dirty and damp
The power supply must be disconnected before installation or maintenance
Avoid use in humid environments
Do not touch the motor housing during use or just after use
● Motor wiring needs to be configured according to local power regulations
● Please disconnect the power supply after use and release the pressure in the pump body
● Regular replacement of filtrated materials
