Overview
TBJ-X3 + OSP-12/400 Automatic Film Applicator is a Spreader device specially designed for laboratories. It is mainly used to scrape graphene dispersion on soft substrates such as PES films. The standard film thickness is 12 μm. The device integrates Vacuum chuck and heating function, and the heating temperature can reach 200 ° C to maintain the molten state of graphene and ensure the substrate is flat. Standard imported OSP12 High Accuracy bar and a China bar, film accuracy can reach 1 μm, suitable for Spreader experiments on a variety of planar materials.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses the Vacuum chuck function to fix a soft substrate (such as a PES film) flat on the Spreader stage. During the Spreader process, the device precisely controls the traverse speed of the Spreader head and the pressure applied, while the heating stage can provide a temperature of up to 200 ° C, so that the sample that needs to be maintained in a molten state (such as graphene dispersion) is in a suitable operating condition. The standard High Accuracy bar inlet scrapes the sample evenly onto the substrate surface during movement, resulting in a wet-film of a set thickness.

* The fabric has a vapor transmission rate, and it is not recommended to choose the Vacuum chuck function when using it.
