Overview
This small film Coater set is a film equipment for scraping vermiculite dispersion on PES film. The TBJ-X3 experimental film Coater is a four-in-one Coater with Vacuum chuck and heating functions. It comes standard with imported OSP6 rod and a China bar. The heating temperature reaches 200 ° C and the film accuracy can reach 1 μm. It is used for preparing vermiculite composite films with a thickness of 6 microns.
Features
1. Standard imported High Accuracy bar, high film accuracy.
It has a heating function of 200 ° C.
3. Vacuum chuck function.
4. Ensure the Spreader effect by controlling the speed and stable pressure, ensuring the uniformity and stability of the Spreader.
5. Spreader experiments can be carried out on paper, plastic, metal, PVC, PET, fabric, aluminum alloy plate and other flat materials.
Principle
Automatic film applicator controls the speed and pressure of the Spreader, and cooperates with Mayer Rods/Applicator for scraping, bar determines the accuracy of the film. For non-flat substrates such as film and paper, the Vacuum chuck function can be used to make them flat and fixed to ensure the Spreader effect.
Applications
Paper, plastic, metal, PVC, PET, fabric, aluminum alloy plate and other flat materials Spreader experiment
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Coater configuration combination according to Spreader requirements (such as Ultra-thin/High Accuracy, High Viscosity, Need Heating or substrate is not easy to flatten).
2. According to the required film thickness, select the appropriate bar specification (such as the standard imported OSP6 rod for 6μm thickness).
3. Place the substrate (such as PES film) on the Spreader table. If the substrate is not easy to level (such as film and paper), enable the Vacuum chuck function to fix it.
4. If the sample needs to be filmed at a certain temperature (such as lithium battery/glue), set the heating temperature (up to 200 ° C).
5. Set the Spreader speed (range 5~ 180mm/s), and start the device to perform Spreader.
Notice
* The fabric has a vapor transmission rate, and it is not recommended to choose a Vacuum chuck Coater when using it.
* For paper substrates that are not easy to level, choose a Coater with Vacuum chuck function.
* All configuration functions (bar, drawdown blade, heating, Vacuum chuck) can be freely combined to meet different experimental needs.
If the standard specifications do not meet the requirements, custom functions can be supported, such as jet system devices, UV solid inclusion devices, automatic inking systems, etc.
