Overview
This product is a TBJ-X3 + RDS 13 #3/8 'model Automatic Film Applicator, specially designed for Spreader Adhesive on flat materials such as polyester films. The equipment has Vacuum chuck and heating function, the heating temperature can reach 200 ° C, and is equipped with imported RDS Mayer Rods, film thickness 30μm, accuracy up to 0.1μm. In addition, it is also equipped with drawdown blades with adjustable film thickness to meet the needs of different thickness films.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a steady pressure. For substrates such as polyester films, it is fixed flat on the Spreader stage using the Vacuum chuck function. Depending on sample characteristics (e.g. viscosity, particle fineness) and film requirements (e.g. thickness, accuracy), scraping can be selected using Mayer Rods or adjustable drawdown blades. If the sample needs to be Spreader at a specific temperature (e.g. lithium battery materials, adhesives), the heating function can be enabled to operate within a set Temperature range.

Steps
1. Determine whether to enable the Vacuum chuck function according to the characteristics of the substrate (such as whether it is film or paper).
2. Choose Mayer Rods or adjustable drawdown blades according to sample characteristics (viscosity, particle fineness) and film requirements (thickness, accuracy).
3. If the sample needs to be heated by the Spreader, set the heating temperature (up to 200 ° C).
4. Set the Spreader speed (range 5~ 180mm/s).
5. Start the device and perform the Spreader operation.
Notice
* The fabric has a vapor transmission rate, so there is no need to select the Vacuum chuck function when Spreader.
* For paper substrates that are not easy to level, it is recommended to choose the Vacuum chuck function.
* The film accuracy of imported bar can reach 0.1μm, which is the key accessory to realize ultra-thin High Accuracy film.
* Equipment function modules (such as bar, drawdown blade, heating, Vacuum chuck) can be freely combined or customized according to experimental requirements.
* Spreader speeds below 5mm/s can be customized.
