Overview
The FANGRUI ZMD-3 Electronic Density Meter is a precision instrument for the measurement of the density of solids, powders and ointments. It uses modern electronic technology, is easy to operate and has accurate data, and can be widely used in many industries.

Principle
Based on the principle of Archimedes drainage method, the instrument measures the weight of the sample in air and the weight in water through High Accuracy Sensor, and automatically calculates and displays the density value of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the test plate and measure its weight in the air.
2. Immerse the sample in water and measure its weight in the water.
3. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density value according to the measurement data.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally and preheated before use.
• Sample type (solid, powder, paste) to select the appropriate test mode or Accessories.
• To test the liquid density, a special model MDY-2 is required.
• For accurate temperature control measurement, the MDY-2 model needs to be used with a constant temperature bath.
• Please calibrate the instrument regularly with standard weight to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Do not use the instrument in an environment beyond the specified Humidity range.
• When cleaning the instrument, use a soft dry cloth and avoid using chemical solvents.
• Power supply voltage meets instrument requirements (220V/50HZ).
