The TBJ-A bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product. It is carefully designed for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, and can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. After the equipment was put into the market, it was favored by many familiar companies, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges.

1. The coating method is bar Spreader, the thickness range is 1~ 571.5μm (determined according to the bar model), and the accuracy is +/- 0.001mm.
2.The effective coating area 1000 * 500mm (can be customized), the application width 500mm
3. The coating speed range is 5~ 200mm/s (< 5mm/s can be customized)
4. Control mode is Touchscreen control, regulator display accuracy +/- 0.001mm
5. Substrate clamping method is Vacuum chuck, Vacuum Area 1000 * 500mm (customized)

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator through the bar coating method, under the control of the Touchscreen accurately adjust the Spreader speed and the pressure applied to the film applicator, using Vacuum chuck fixed substrate, to achieve accurate wet-film Spreader on different substrates, thereby improving the film reproducibility, to avoid artificial Spreader inconsistent problem.
