Principle
The S30-Cl ion meter performs measurements via ion selective Electrode, employing a manual temperature compensation mechanism to eliminate errors caused by temperature changes. The instrument supports a variety of Measuring methods, including direct reading, known addition, known reduction, sample addition and sample reduction, and transmits data to a mobile device or printer via Bluetooth.
Applications
Water quality testing, environment monitoring, laboratory analysis
Steps
1. Turn on the meter and connect Bluetooth to the Android smart device.
2. Select Chloride Ion Measurement mode.
3. Perform 2 to 5 point calibrating with optional calibrating fluid.
4. Measurement unit, temperature compensation and Stability conditions.
5. Electrode immersion in the sample begins measurement.
6. Read data or record results with automatic endpoint locking.
7. Send data to memory or printer as needed.
Notice
• Periodically calibrate the meter to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Avoid severe temperature fluctuations when using manual temperature compensation.
• Keep Electrode Clean to Prevent Contamination from Affecting Results.
• Operate within 10 meters of the effective transmission distance of Bluetooth.
• Pay attention to the battery level and replace the 1.2V lithium battery or AAA battery in time.
• Set up password protection to prevent unauthorized changes to settings.
