Principle
The S30-F ion meter connects to Android devices via Bluetooth and uses ion-selective Electrode to detect fluorine Ion concentration. It uses a manual temperature compensation mechanism to eliminate the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on measurement and ensures stable reading through automatic end point locking. The meter supports a variety of Measuring methods, such as direct reading, known addition, etc., to achieve accurate Ion concentration analysis.
Applications
Water quality testing, environment monitoring, laboratory analysis, industrial process control
Steps
1. Turn on the meter and ensure that Bluetooth is connected to the Android device.
2. Select Ion concentration unit and Measuring method.
3. Perform 2 to 5 point calibrating with optional calibrating fluid.
4. Connect Ion Selective Electrode and start measurement.
5. Set temperature compensation, end point lock or timed interval readings as needed.
6. View and record measurement data, which can be sent to memory or printer.
Notice
• Regularly calibrate the meter to ensure Measurement accuracy, it is recommended to set a calibrating reminder.
• When using manual temperature compensation, pay attention to Ambient Temperature changes.
• Avoid unauthorized operations and enable password protection.
• Ensure that the Bluetooth connection is within 10 meters to prevent data transmission interruptions.
• Power supply type (1.2V lithium battery or AAA battery 2) to avoid power instability.
• Check Electrode status before measurement and call stored calibrated data if necessary.
