Overview
BANTE S30-Cu is a high-performance Bluetooth ion meter dedicated to copper Ion concentration measurement. The meter connects to an Android smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, supports 5-point button calibrating, and can be equipped with various ion-selective Electrodes. Measurement accuracy is +/- 1% F.S. Its copper ion Measurement range is 0.00000001~ 0.1mol/L (0.06 to 6400ppm), which is suitable for accurate copper Ion concentration detection.

Principle
The ion meter is based on ion-selective Electrode technology. Electrode reacts with copper ions in the sample to generate a potential difference, which is converted into a concentration reading. The meter uses a manual temperature compensation mechanism to eliminate the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on measurement and ensure data accuracy. Bluetooth connectivity allows wireless data transmission to mobile devices or printers for remote monitoring and recording.

Steps
1. Turn on the meter and ensure that the battery is fully charged.
2. Connect to an Android smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth.
3. Select the Copper Ion Measurement mode and set the desired unit (such as ppm or mol/L).
Perform 2 to 5 point calibrating using a standard calibrating fluid (e.g. 0.001 to 10000 concentration points).
5. Immerse ion-selective Electrode into the sample to be tested.
6. Initiate measurement, select Continuous Mode or Automatic End Lock for stable reading.
7. View and record measurement data, which can be sent to memory or printer via Bluetooth.
8. Clean the Electrode and turn off the meter after use.

• Measurement accuracy is regularly calibrated, and the calibrated reminder can be set for 1 to 99 days.
• When using the manual temperature compensation function, ensure that the temperature setting is accurate to avoid errors.
• Avoid prolonged exposure of Electrode to air or contaminated samples to extend service life.
• Operate within the Bluetooth transmission range (up to 10 meters) to prevent connection interruption.
• Set up password protection to prevent unauthorized changes to settings.
• When the Measured value exceeds the set range, pay attention to the limit alarm prompt.
• Use the appropriate standard fluid for calibrating and follow the instructions in the calibrating report.
• Select Fast, Standard or High Accuracy modes under Stability conditions to suit different measurement needs.
