Overview
JM-VI abrasion instrument is manufactured with reference to GB/T1768 paint film wear resistance performance test parameters, and at the same time takes into account the test parameters of GB/T17657 on wood wear resistance performance, providing a multi-purpose wear resistance performance test method. Principle
When the turntable swirl/spin, the left abrasion abrasive wheels generate friction from the outside to the center of the sample surface, and the right abrasion abrasive wheels generate friction from the center of the sample surface to the outside, forming a series of mesh-shaped intersecting circular friction marks on the sample surface. This arrangement causes friction in all directions of the sample surface, avoids the directional defect of one-way friction, and makes the abrasion evaluation more objective.

Steps
1. Select the paint film configuration, wood configuration or dual-use configuration according to the test requirements
2. Install the corresponding specifications of the turntable assembly and abrasive wheels
3. Set working parameters, including abrasive wheels Rotation speed

5. Start the instrument for abrasion test
6. Monitor the working parameters and operating status of the instrument through the LCD screen
7. Evaluate abrasion results after completing the test
