Overview
WJ-3.7A variable speed Stirrer (brushless DC type, electric lift) is a PUSHEN brand electric lift stirring and dispersing multi-purpose machine, suitable for laboratory and pilot production of various liquid materials for dispersion, mixing and stirring. The machine is driven by a brushless DC motor, stepless speed regulation, and has functions such as stirring Rotation speed display, which avoids the shortcomings of AC variable frequency motors working Rotation speed lower than idling Rotation speed and the trouble of replacing brushes with traditional DC motors. The spindle lift adopts electric mode, which is convenient and labor-saving to operate.

Principle
The electrical control of this machine adopts a medium-sized brushless DC motor controller, which is directly installed on the motor bracket. The column adopts an electric lifting mode, and the rise and fall are controlled by buttons. The stirringdevice is composed of a stirring shaft, a bearing sleeve, a dispersing blade disc, etc., and the barrel clamping device is composed of a hoop clamping system.

Steps
Step 1 Power on
2. Install the dispersion blade disc
3. The lift of the column is controlled by the lift button on the side, press and hold the action, let go and stop
4. Stirring shaft swirl/spin Press the "FUNC" (function key) button first, then press "PROG" (memory key), then press "RUN" (run key), and then slowly turn the speed control knob to adjust to the desired Rotation speed
5. When shutting down, you should first use the speed control knob to reduce the speed, and then press "STOP" to shut down, so as to avoid the material liquid splashing out due to the fast speed of the next boot.
6. Fix the barrel with a clamping device. The material in the barrel should not be too full to avoid splashing out during stirring. The barrel should be provided by the customer or booked separately.
