Overview
The JINGTIAN NDJ-8S + L0 digital Rotational Viscometer is a measuring instrument with a range of 20 to 2,000,000 mPa · s. Its LCD screen displays information such as viscosity, rotational speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value measurable at the current rotational speed of the selected rotor, enabling accurate measurement of ultra-low viscosity samples.

Principle
The product is a Rotational Viscometer. The rotor is swirl/spin in the sample by a motor, and the measurement of the resistance torque of the rotor is converted into a viscosity value for digital display.
Steps
Prepare 25 to 30 mL of sample.
2. Select the appropriate rotor (L0 #, L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #) according to the measurement requirements.
3. Install the rotor onto the Viscometer.
4. Immerse the rotor into the sample at the designated mark.
5. Select one of the eight gears of 0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, and 60rpm to start the measurement.
6. Read the measurement results of viscosity, speed and torque from the LCD screen.
Notice
• Please use a dedicated power adapter (input 100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz) for power supply.
• Select the appropriate rotor and rotational speed combination according to the sample viscosity range to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Make sure the rotor is clean, drying and properly installed before measurement.
• When immersing the sample, the liquid level should reach the mark on the rotor rod.
Measurement accuracy of the instrument is +/- 1% F. S, reproducibility is +/- 0.5% F. S, please pay attention to the error range.
