Overview
PRRD2 series industrial endoscope is a Handheld inspection equipment of brand IPRE. It adopts dual lens (front and side) design, which can switch direct or side viewing Observation mode arbitrarily to expand visual range and detection accuracy. The whole machine is integrated design, easy to operate, and can complete all functions with one hand. It has the characteristics of high definition, sharp color, and no distortion of images. It supports photography, video recording and data preservation. It is suitable for automotive engine carbon deposition detection, steel pipe, casting, container internal defect detection, and aerospace, electric power, industrial, police, civil and other fields.

Principle
The PRRD2 industrial endoscope captures internal images through a dual-lens system (front and side), and the user can choose the direct or side viewing mode arbitrarily through the switch button to achieve flexible observation. After the image is illuminated by high-luminance LED and adjusted by multi-level luminance, it is transmitted to a 5-inch high definition display screen display. At the same time, the multi-function image processing system supports photography, video recording and Data storage, and is connected to the computer through the USB interface for data transmission.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the device and start the system.
2. Select the direct or side lens mode as required.
3. Adjust the LED lighting luminance to the appropriate level.
4. Insert the Probe into the area to be tested for observation.
5. Use photography or video recording to save image or video data.
6. Connect to the computer through the USB interface to transfer or browse the stored data.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment has sufficient power before use and avoid working for a long time under low power.
• Pay attention to the insertion depth and angle of the Probe when operating to prevent damage to the device or the detection object.
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments to protect electronic components.
• Regularly check the abrasion of the deep tube and maintain or replace it in time.
When storing data, ensure that the TF card has sufficient space to avoid data loss.
