IPRE YS2 series industrial endoscope adopts the lever handwheel to mechanically control the rotation of the peep head in both directions, the operation is accurate and flexible, and the field of view can be adjusted at will. The whole machine is integrated design, and all operations can be completed with one hand. It has the characteristics of high definition, sharp color, and no distortion of images. It supports taking photos and videos to save the original data source, providing protection for inspection and maintenance. Widely used in automotive engine carbon deposition detection, steel pipe, casting, container internal defect detection, aerospace, electric power, industrial, police, civil and other fields.

Principle
The IPRE YS2 industrial endoscope rotates in both directions through the mechanical control of the peep head of the lever handwheel, combines high-luminance LED lighting and fixed focal length Optical inspection system, and enters the detection area under the guidance of the deep tube. The image is collected by Probe and transmitted to the 5-inch high definition display screen display. It uses a multi-functional image processing system for photography, video recording and Data storage, and supports USB connection for data transmission.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the device.
2. Mechanically control the rotation of the peep head through the lever handwheel to adjust the observation direction.
3. Adjust the LED lighting luminance to the appropriate level.
4. Insert the deep tube into the area to be inspected for observation.
5. Save image data using photography or video recording.
6. Connect the computer through the USB interface for data transmission.

• Make sure the equipment has sufficient power before use.
• When operating, pay attention to the bending angle of the speculum head not exceeding 120 °.
• Avoid long-term use of deep pipes in corrosion or high abrasion environments.
