Overview
The TBJ-A3 Film Mini Film Applicator is a Vacuum chuck-enabled laboratory Film Applicator, especially for film substrate coating. The device is a newly upgraded bar-type Lab Film Applicator, designed to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, and can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. Standard with an 11 micron imported Mayer Rods, the Drawdown Vacuum Plate size is 300 * 400mm.

Principle
The device is a bar type Coater. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the film substrate flat on the Spreader stage, and then the motor drives the Spreader head (Mayer Rods) to move at a set speed to evenly Spreader the paint on the surface of the substrate, so as to prepare a wet-film sample with precise thickness and flat surface.

Steps
1. Place the substrate flat on the Vacuum chuck plate and start the Vacuum chuck.
2. Select the appropriate Mayer Rods according to your requirements and install them.
3. Set the required coating speed and other parameters through Touchscreen.
4. Start the device and perform the Spreader operation.
5. After the Spreader is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
The total power consumption of the device is 2060W, and a 220V 50Hz power supply is required.
• The coating table is made of aluminum alloy, and attention should be paid to avoid scratching sharp objects during operation.
• The vacuum pump is an external configuration, so pay attention to its placement and connection.
• For applications with uneven substrate thickness, Accessories such as substrate fixtures, silicone pads, and weights can be selected to ensure Spreader uniformity.
