Overview
TBJ-X4 + OSP-02/400 Automatic Film Applicator is a Spreader device specially designed for laboratories. It comes standard with OSP2 bar, with Vacuum chuck and heating functions, and supports two coating methods: bar and drawdown blade. The Spreader speed range of this device is 2~ 200mm/s, and the effective Coating size is 300 * 400mm. It is widely used in hot-melt adhesives, lithium battery separators, cataplasm, Adhesive, film, glue, graphene and other materials. It is widely used in universities and research institutes.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses a precisely controlled moving platform to drive the Spreader tool (bar or drawdown blade) to move at a set speed to evenly coat the Stock on the surface of the substrate fixed on the Vacuum chuck platform. The Vacuum chuck function ensures that the substrate remains flat during the Spreader process, and the heating function can temperature control the Spreader area according to the material characteristics to obtain the desired film effect.

Steps
1. Place the substrate to be Spreader flat on the Vacuum chuck platform and start the Vacuum chuck.
2. According to the experimental requirements, install the appropriate Spreader tool (bar or drawdown blade).
3. Set the desired Spreader speed and heating temperature.
4. Place the Stock at the start of the Spreader.
5. Start the device and perform automatic Spreader.
6. After the Spreader is completed, turn off the device and remove the coated sample.
Notice
Please ensure that the power supply of the device is connected correctly (220V 50Hz) before use.
When operating, please pay attention to the gap setting between the Spreader tool and the substrate to avoid damage.
When using the heating function, do not touch the heating area directly to prevent burns.
* According to the uneven thickness of the substrate, Accessories such as weight can be used as an auxiliary Spreader.
During the operation of the equipment, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the moving parts area.
Clean the Spreader platform and tools regularly to keep the equipment tidy.
