Overview
Automatic small Coater TBJ-A1-XB + ZUA2000.150 is a bar type Coater, mainly used for gluing on substrates such as Glass. The equipment comes standard with Jenner adjustable coating applicator, application width 150mm, can scratch film thickness of 0~ 3mm, adopts Glass baseplate and aluminum alloy coating table, and the speed can realize stepless speed control. As a new upgrade product, its design is designed to repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth and flat test samples, suitable for R & D institutions and corporate laboratories.

Principle
The device is a bar type Coater, which is driven by a motor to move the coating rod (bar) at a uniform speed on a substrate (such as a Glass plate) at a set speed. The precision wire winding structure or adjustable drawdown blade on the coating rod scrapes the glue or paint pre-placed on the substrate into a uniform, specific thickness wet-film. The stepless variable speed Control system allows the user to precisely adjust the Spreader speed, thereby controlling the mass and conformity of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare a clean substrate (such as Glass plate) and place it on the Spreader table, which can be fixed with optional fixtures.
2. According to the desired wet film thickness, select the appropriate coating rod (standard 1μm China bar or 0.1μm inlet bar) or adjust the adjustable fabricator.
3. Apply an appropriate amount of glue or paint to the front end of the substrate.
4. Set the required coating speed (5~ 180mm/s) through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment, the coating rod will automatically scrape the substrate at a constant speed to complete the film.
6. After the Spreader is completed, clean the coating rod and coating table.

• The power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Please ensure that the coating table and substrate are clean and flat before operation. Accessories such as silicone pad and weight can be used for uneven thickness substrates.
• Select the appropriate coating rod accuracy according to Spreader requirements (China 1μm or imported 0.1μm).
• Customized when the coating speed is lower than 5mm/s, the standard range is 5~ 180mm/s.
• Optional accessories such as base material fixing fixture, fine-tuning horizontal support foot, etc. can be selected according to actual needs.
