Overview
TBJ-X4 + OSP-06/400 Automatic Film Applicator is an experimental heated Film Applicator, mainly used for scraping glue on the release film. The scraping film thickness is 6 microns, and the film accuracy can reach 1 μm. The equipment adopts a heated vacuum design, and the base plate is made of aluminum alloy, which has good thermal conductivity. All products use imported accessories, which ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing by controlling the speed and stable pressure. Standard 1 China bar and 1 imported bar (6 μm).

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator fixes the substrate (such as the release film) flat on the aluminum alloy Spreader stage by Vacuum chuck. The device can heat the coating table to control the Spreader Ambient Temperature. The Spreader mechanism is driven by a stepless variable speed motor to move at a set speed, and the glue is evenly scraped on the surface of the substrate under stable pressure using a bar to form a film with accurate and uniform thickness.

Steps
1. Place the substrate (e.g. release film) on the Spreader stage.
2. Turn on the Vacuum chuck function and fix the substrate flat.
3. Set the heating temperature according to requirements.
4. Select the appropriate wire-wound drawdown bar (China or imported) and install it.
5. Place the glue to be applied on the starting end of the substrate.
6. Set the desired Spreader speed on the control panel.
7. Start the device and start the automatic film process.
8. After the Spreader is finished, turn off the heat and Vacuum chuck and remove the coated sample.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Please make sure that the coating table is clean and free of debris before operation.
• Select the appropriate bar model according to the thickness requirements of the Spreader.
• Please pay attention to high temperature when heating to avoid burns.
• Vacuum chuck hole is φ 1.2mm, please prevent fine particles from clogging.
• For substrates of uneven thickness, optional Accessories (e.g. weight, silicone pad) are recommended to ensure uniform Spreader.
• Customized functions (e.g. jet system, UV curing) need to be confirmed and configured in advance.
• Device weight is 65kg, pay attention to safety when moving.
• Optional accessories can be added according to experimental needs.
