Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses a Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate flat on the heating table, and the heating system warms the Spreader area to a set temperature (up to 200 ° C) to melt the material. When the Spreader is used, the film bar is driven by the motor to move at a set precise speed, and the glue or paint is evenly applied to the surface of the substrate under stable pressure, thereby ensuring the uniformity and conformity of the coating.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck table.
2. Turn on the vacuum pump, adsorption fixed substrate.
3. Set the required heating temperature and start heating.

6. Start the Spreader program to complete the automatic film.
