The JINGTIAN NDJ-5S + SSA digital display Rotational Viscometer is an instrument with a range of 20 to 100,000 mPa · s. Its LCD screen displays parameters such as viscosity, rpm, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value measurable at the current rotational speed of the selected rotor. This model is equipped with a small number of sample adapters, including rotors 21, 27, 28, and 29, which are suitable for testing with small sample volumes.
1. The LCD screen can display various information such as viscosity, speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current speed of the selected rotor. Equipped with a small number of sample adapters, including rotors 21, 27, 28, and 29. 3. Sample requirements are small, requiring only 10 to 20 milliliters, making it suitable for testing valuable samples. 4. Thermostatic bath with external circulation function can be connected to control the temperature of the tested sample. 5. Easy to disassemble and clean. 6. With eight speed adjustable.
The product is a Rotational Viscometer. The rotor is driven by a motor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the sample. The rotor is subjected to the viscous resistance of the sample during swirl/spin, generating torque. The instrument measures this torque value and calculates the viscosity value of the sample internally based on the known rotor specification and speed.
Applicable to the field of liquid viscosity measurement, especially suitable for small or expensive sample test scenarios.
1. According to the estimated viscosity of the tested sample, select the appropriate rotor and install it. 2. Pour the sample (10 to 20 mL) into the adapter container. 3. Lower the Viscometer host with the rotor installed vertically so that the rotor is immersed in the sample to the specified marking line. 4. Turn on the power supply and select the desired speed gear through the instrument panel. 5. After the display reading is stable, record the viscosity value and Miscellaneous parameters displayed on the LCD screen. 6. After the test is completed, turn off the power, lift the rotor, remove and clean the rotor and adapter.
Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before use. When selecting the rotor and speed, ensure that the torque percentage is within the range of 10% to 100% to obtain more accurate measurement results. The depth of the rotor immersion in the sample must reach the specified marking line. The sample temperature should be kept stable during the test, and it is recommended to use a Thermostatic bath to control the temperature. When loading and unloading the rotor, be careful to avoid bending the rotor shaft. After each use, the rotor and sample container should be thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner. * Please use a dedicated power adapter for power supply. * The instrument should be stored in a drying and clean environment.
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
