Overview
The JINGTIAN NDJ-8S + SSA digital Rotational Viscometer is an instrument with a range of 20 to 2,000,000 mPa · s. Its LCD screen displays parameters such as viscosity, speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current rotational speed of the selected rotor.
Features
Equipped with a small number of sample adapters, one for each of the rotors 21, 27, 28, and 29.

Principle
The product is a Rotational Viscometer, which is driven by a motor to swirl/spin the rotor in the sample, measures the Tack resistance of the rotor, and converts it into a viscosity value for digital display.
Applications
Applicable to the field of liquid viscosity measurement, especially suitable for small or expensive sample test scenarios.
Steps
1. According to the sample size and characteristics, choose the appropriate rotor (e.g. L1, L2, L3, L4, 21 #, 27 #, 28 #, 29 #).
2. Install the rotor and ensure that the connection is stable.
3. Inject the sample (10~ 20mL) into the adapter or measurement container.
4. Immerse the rotor into the sample to a specified depth.
5. Connect Thermostatic bath to control sample temperature as needed.
6. Select the desired speed gear (0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60 rpm) through the instrument panel.
7. Start the measurement, the instrument will automatically display viscosity, speed, torque and other related data.
8. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument, remove and clean the rotor and adapter.
Notice
• Please use a dedicated power adapter (input 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz).
• Measurement accuracy ( +/- 1% F. S) and reproducibility ( +/- 0.5% F. S) by selecting the appropriate rotor and rotational speed combination based on the sample viscosity range.
When using a small amount of sample adapters, ensure that the sample volume is within the range of 10 to 20 milliliters.
• Be careful when removing and cleaning the rotor and adapter.
• When connecting the Thermostatic bath, make sure its external circulation function is normal to accurately control the sample temperature.
