Overview
Wear resistance tester (model: CSI-339) is suitable for the dissolution resistance test of key surfaces, plastic shells, and coatings. Principle
Wear resistance tester alcohol through a special rubber fixed on the surface of the hammer, apply a certain load and times, simulate the actual use of friction conditions, test the product surface coating dissolution resistance and abrasion resistance performance. The equipment uses stepper motor drive and precision transmission parts to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the test process, in line with UL817 and other standards.

Steps
1. Prepare the test sample and install it on the corresponding fixture.
2. Select and install the friction medium (e.g. eraser or cotton cloth) according to the test requirements.

Notice
• Make sure the power supply of the machine is AC220V and 50HZ to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Before testing, check whether the load code is complete (10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500g).
• When operating, pay attention to the maximum load-bearing capacity of the countertop not exceeding 5Kg.
