Overview
HUITAO CSI-345 reciprocating abrasion tester is a device used to test the scratch resistance and wear resistance performance of coatings, plastics, decorative fabrics, automotive interiors, velvet fabrics and other materials. The instrument uses a LCD screen to control and display the test process. Users can set the number of reciprocating abrasions, motion Travel and reciprocating speed according to their needs. The unique friction arm design supports the replacement of different friction heads, and precisely controls the pressure implementation according to the principle of lever equilibrate to meet the requirements of various standards for friction forms, friction heads and pressures.

Principle
The test sample is fixed on a horizontal sample stage and abraded with the horizontal movement of the sample stage under the specified abrasive and load. The other end of the test arm is weighted to maintain the equilibrate of the test arm to ensure the accuracy of the sample surface loading.

Steps
1. Fix the test sample on the horizontal sample stage.
2. Set the number of reciprocating abrasions, Travel and Reciprocating speed as needed;
3. Select the appropriate abrasive and load;
4. Start the instrument, the sample stage moves horizontally for abrasion test;
5. The test arm is equilibrated by weight to ensure accurate load;
6. Monitor the test process through the LCD screen.
Notice
* Power supply voltage 220V, 50HZ, 3A to avoid voltage mismatch;
* When setting parameters, confirm that the Travel range is within 6-150mm and the speed range is within 1-100 reciprocating/min;
* Check whether the friction arm and friction head are firmly installed before use to prevent peeling during the test.
* Regular test weight and test arm equilibrating to ensure load accuracy;
Follow safety regulations when operating to avoid damage to samples or equipment.
