Principle
The device drives high-precision mechanical structures (such as ball screws and optical axes) through a fully digital control system to apply tensile and compression forces to the sample. During the test process, the High Accuracy Sensor collects real-time force values, displacements and other data, and transmits them to the computer software through a high sampling frequency of 2000Hz. The software processes the data in real time, dynamically displays the test Linear dispersion, and finally calculates various mechanical properties and generates test reports.

Steps
1. According to the test requirements, install the corresponding fixture accessories.
2. Set test parameters in the computer software, such as sample number, range, speed, standard, temperature and humidity, etc.
3. Clamp the specimen correctly on the fixture.
4. Start the test on the software interface, the device starts running and applies force to the sample.
5. During the test, the software displays the force value, elongation, time and dynamic Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the test, the software automatically calculates and displays the results.
7. You can export the test data report as an EXCEL document, or save the test Linear dispersion to the computer.
Notice
Please choose the appropriate range (30N, 500N, 1000N, 2500N) and fixture according to the test standards and requirements.
Make sure the specimen is clamped correctly and firmly in the fixture to prevent slippage.
When setting parameters in the software, please check carefully to ensure consistency with the test standards.
During the operation of the equipment, do not approach or touch moving parts.
