Overview
HUITAO CSI-401 Velcro fatigue strength tester is a professional equipment used to test the performance of Velcro tape. It simulates the process of repeated opening and closing of the Velcro tape in actual use, and tests its shear strength and Peel Strength after a certain number of clutches to evaluate the durability and fatigue life of the product.
Features
The double roller design is adopted, and the diameter of the driving wheel and the driven wheel is precisely matched (the driving wheel is φ 160mm, and the driven wheel is φ 162.5mm), simulating the real clutch action.

Principle
The tester fixes the loop surface (wool surface) and hook surface (thorn surface) of the adhesive buckle tape to the surface of the driving wheel and the driven wheel respectively. After starting, the motor drives the driving wheel swirl/spin, and drives the driven wheel to rotate through friction, so that the adhesive tape on the surface of the two wheels continuously gluing and disbonding cycle. After a preset number of clutch tests, the sample is removed for subsequent shear or Peel Strength tests to evaluate its performance attenuation after fatigue.

Steps
1. Fix the ring surface sample of the adhesive buckle on the driving wheel, and the hook surface sample on the driven wheel.
2. Load the 5kg counterweight weight onto the driven wheel and apply the specified pressure.
3. Set the required number of test cycles through the counter.
4. Press the start button, the device starts, and the roller starts swirling/spinning at 60rpm and automatically reverses every 30 seconds.
5. The test will automatically stop after reaching the preset number of laps, or you can use the pause button at any time during the process.
6. Remove the fatigue test sample for subsequent strength performance test.
Notice
Before use, make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50Hz and ensure good grounding.
• When fixing the sample, ensure that it fits the surface of the roller smoothly without wrinkles or loosening.
• During the test, it is strictly forbidden to touch the moving roller or sample to prevent pinching.
• The emergency stop button is only used in emergency situations. After an abnormal stop, you need to check the status of the equipment before starting again.
• Regularly clean the surface of the roller to keep the equipment clean and avoid impurities affecting the test results.
Equipment should be placed on a stable work surface and operated and maintained by professionals.
