Overview
The HUITAO CSI-D127 zipper fatigue strength tester is a professional equipment used to measure the resistance of zippers in reciprocating motion. The instrument subjects the specimen to a certain number of cycles under the action of lateral and longitudinal tension to evaluate its fatigue strength. The device includes the specimen holding device, the driving motor and the counting device.
Features
1. Driven by a motor, pull the zipper head at a constant speed (30 times per minute) for reciprocating testing.
2. Equipped with LCD liquid crystal counter, the counting range is 0 to 999,999, which is convenient for recording the number of cycles.
3. The equipment structure design meets the standard test requirements, including horizontal and vertical clamping devices.
Principle
During the test, the motor drives the zipper to pull the zipper head at a constant speed, reciprocating 30 times per minute. Under the action of the set lateral and longitudinal tension, the sample is subjected to a certain number of cyclic operations, and the number of reciprocations is recorded by a counter to measure the reciprocating resistance and fatigue performance of the zipper.
Applications
Zipper fatigue strength test
Standards
US SATRA TM50, QB/T 2171, b3084
Steps
1. Install the zipper specimen between the transverse and longitudinal clamping devices.
2. Set the width of the transverse clamping device (25 mm) and the total weight of the longitudinal clamping device (0.28 to 0.34 kg) according to the standard requirements.
3. Adjust the distance between the two clamping devices to 6.35mm, and set the specimen opening angle to 60 ° and the meshing angle to 30 °.
4. Start the device, the motor will drive the zipper head at a Frequency of 30 times per minute for 75 mm Travel.
5. Observe and record the number of reciprocating cycles through the LCD counter until the preset number of cycles is reached or the sample is damaged.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is 1, AC220V, 3A to ensure that the power supply matches.
When installing the specimen, ensure that the spacing between the lateral and longitudinal clamping devices (6.35mm) and the angle (60 ° open, 30 ° meshing) are accurate.
• Note that the total weight of the longitudinal clamping device should be controlled within the range of 0.28 to 0.34 kg.
• Do not touch moving parts during the test to ensure safety.
• Regularly check whether all parts of the equipment are normal and keep them clean.
