Overview
HUITAO CSI-SX48 automatic crease recovery tester is a professional equipment used to test the crease recovery ability of fabrics. It is suitable for fabrics made of any fiber pure spinning or blending. It detects the recovery performance of the sample after being folded and pressed for a certain period of time under a certain load.
Features
1. A base with a bracket, the fixed round steel plate on the base is matched with the movable steel plate at the upper end, and the movable flange is equipped with a locking pin;
2, 4 standard weight, respectively 2000g, 1000g, 500kg, 200kg;
3. Provide a full set of 5-inch x 3-inch plastic plates for easy grading (grades 1-5).
Principle
Under standard atmospheric conditions, a standard crushing device is used to apply a predetermined pressure to the sample and maintain the specified time. The overall structure of the instrument and the precision spiral column can ensure that the loaded sample produces uniform deformation. After the sample is removed from the instrument, the sample is re-wetted under standard atmospheric conditions and allowed to recover for a certain period of time. Then the sample is compared with the reference sample to evaluate the sample Appearance.
Standards
AATCC 128、ISO 9867、ENKA 3061、GBT-29257
Steps
First, use the sample pressing device to continuously test three samples at an interval of about 1 minute.
2. Fold the sample face to face, and clip the edge with a clip, no more than 5mm of the edge;
3. In some cases, the surface of the sample will stick together. A piece of paper or aluminum foil should be used, with a size of 18x14mm. Be careful not to touch the sample with your hands.
4. Place the folded sample between the two pressing blocks, apply the weight immediately, open the timekeeping device, and wait 60 + 2 seconds to prepare the next sample according to 2, 3, 4;
After 5 or 5 minutes, quickly and slightly remove the weight and clip the folded sample to the sample holder of the measurement instrument.
6. Remove the paper or aluminum foil, put one side of the sample into the sample holder, and hang the other side freely. After 60 + 2 seconds, put the 2nd and 3rd pieces into the sample holder;
7. Adjust the instrument so that the lower end of the sample is consistent with the vertical marking of the instrument. It should be continuously adjusted within 5 minutes to avoid the influence of gravity.
After 8 and 5 minutes, record the recovery angle of the sample. If the sagging end is slightly Curled or twisted, it can pass through the vertical plane of the center of the sagging end and the axis of the dial as the reference for the crease recovery angle reading.
9, sexual repeability of the above steps, and then do three reverse folding samples and zonal front folding and reverse folding (a total of 12 pieces).
Notice
When the surface of the sample is stained together, paper or aluminum foil should be used, with a size of 18x14mm, to avoid touching the sample by hand.
• When the cloth edge is clipped, it should not exceed 5mm of the cloth edge;
• When adjusting the instrument, the lower end of the sample should be continuously adjusted to be consistent with the vertical mark within 5 minutes to avoid the influence of gravity;
• When recording the return angle, if the sagging end is slightly Curled or twisted, use the vertical plane passing through the center of the sagging end and the axis of the dial as a reference.
