Overview
The JINGTIAN NDJ-5S + printer is a digital Rotational Viscometer. Its LCD screen can display viscosity, rotational speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed. The product range is 20 to 100,000 mPa · s. The matching micro monochrome needle printer can perform data collection, printing content including temperature, rotor, rotational speed, viscosity value and percentimeter torque.

Principle
The product is a Rotational Viscometer, which drives the rotor at a uniform speed in the fluid through a motor. The Tack resistance moment received by the rotor is proportional to the viscosity of the fluid. The instrument measures the resistance moment and calculates it internally, and finally displays the viscosity value of the fluid directly on the digital display screen.

Steps
1. Connect the dedicated power adapter and turn it on.
2. Choose the appropriate rotor and speed according to the estimated viscosity value.
3. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested to the specified marking line.
4. Start the measurement and record or output the data through the printer after the reading is stable.
5. Turn off the power after the measurement is completed and clean the rotor.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
• When selecting the rotor and speed, the torque percentage reading should be in the range of 10% to 100% for the best accuracy.
• The depth of the rotor immersed in the liquid should be accurate to avoid bubbles.
• When measuring different samples, be sure to clean the rotor thoroughly.
• Please use the original dedicated power adapter.
• Instruments should be stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
