Overview
TENLIN DC-2006 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -20~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 7.5L. It uses a high-efficiency fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, fast cooling speed, and standard internal and external circulation functions to meet the thermostatic needs of users in multiple scenarios.

Principle
The device monitors the temperature of the medium in the tank through the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and feeds the signal back to the intelligent temperature control system. The system automatically or manually adjusts the Power output of the heating and cooling unit (fully enclosed Compressor) through the PID algorithm to achieve precise control of the temperature in the tank, and promotes the temperature uniformity of the medium in the tank and the external circulation pipeline through the circulation pump (Flow rate 6L/min).

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of thermostatic medium to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start running and the equipment starts to heat or cool.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment can be carried out or the external circulation function can be used.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
