Overview
The TENLIN DC-4006 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -40~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 7.5L. Principle
The device monitors the medium temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and transmits the signal to the Control system. The Control system uses an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically or manually adjust the heating and refrigeration power (provided by the fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system) to accurately maintain the set temperature. At the same time, the internal and external circulation pumps (Flow rate 6L/min) promote the temperature uniformity of the medium in the tank and the external circulation pipeline to achieve fast and stable thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium to the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required temperature, timing duration and over-temperature alarm temperature and other parameters through the control panel.
4. Start the device, and the device starts to automatically control the temperature.
5. If external circulation is required, start the circulation pump after connecting the external pipeline.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the medium liquid level in the tank is appropriate to avoid dry burning or overflow.
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be higher than the Operating temperature but lower than the boiling point of the medium or the maximum allowable limit of the equipment.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal parameter settings of the device without authorization.
• When moving or not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and keep it safe.
