Overview
The TENLIN DC-4506 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -45 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 7.5L. Principle
The device monitors the temperature of the medium in the Tank in real time through the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and feeds the signal back to the Control system. The Control system uses an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically or manually adjust the Power output of the heating and cooling system (fully enclosed Compressor) for fast and accurate temperature control. At the same time, the circulating pump pushes the medium to circulate in the tank or through external pipes to ensure uniform and stable temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system starts working, and the circulating pump runs simultaneously.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental sample can be placed in the tank or connected to the external circulation pipeline for experiment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, take out the sample, and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.

Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• Before use, please select the appropriate circulating medium according to the temperature requirements and ensure that the liquid level is within a safe range.
Do not start the heating or cooling function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank to avoid damage to the equipment.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set at a safe value higher than the Operating temperature but lower than the medium flash point.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends, and clean the heat dissipation filter regularly.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal parameter settings of the device without authorization.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and keep the equipment drying.
