Overview
The TENLIN DC-1010 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -10 to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 10L. It uses self-developed temperature control technology, with High Accuracy Temperature Control and a number of Safety protection functions, suitable for experimental and production environments that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device detects the temperature of the medium in the tank through the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and transmits the signal to the Control system. The Control system uses an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically or manually adjust the Power output of the heating and cooling system (fully enclosed Compressor) for fast and stable temperature control. The standard inner and outer circulation pump promotes uniform temperature of the medium in the tank and the outer circulation line.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system starts to work, and the LCD screen displays the real-time temperature.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental operation can be carried out. If external circulation is required, the corresponding pipeline can be connected.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated environment.
The liquid level of the added medium should meet the requirements to avoid being too high or too low.
● When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be higher than the Operating temperature but lower than the boiling point of the medium or the allowable upper limit of the equipment.
Regularly clean the surface and groove of the equipment to keep the heat dissipation holes unobstructed.
Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal parameter settings of the equipment without authorization.
When moving or not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and keep it safe.
