Overview
The TENLIN DC-3020 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -30 to 100 ° C and a Tank Volume of 20L. Principle
The device detects the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and feeds the signal back to the Control system. The Control system uses an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically adjust the Power output of the heating or cooling system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature for fast and accurate temperature control. Standard internal and external circulation pumps circulate thermostatic media to external devices for a wider range of applications.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium (such as silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature value and Working time through the control panel.
4. If external circulation is required, connect the external pipeline.
5. Start the device and it will automatically run to reach and maintain the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and use a power supply that meets the requirements.
• When adding media, the liquid level must not exceed the maximum allowable range. Optional accessories liquid level protection system is recommended.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the internal high or low temperature parts to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the ventilating port and heat dissipation parts are not blocked.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal parameter settings of the device without authorization.
• When moving or not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the Tank and store it properly.
