The TENLIN DC-0530 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5 to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 30L. Principle
The device monitors the medium temperature in the tank through the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and feeds the signal back to the Control system. The Control system uses an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically adjust the working state of the heater or Compressor refrigeration system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve fast and accurate temperature control. The standard circulation pump can promote the uniform flow of medium in the tank or provide thermostatic medium to external equipment through the external circulation interface.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start heating or cooling until it reaches the set temperature and stabilizes.
5. The sample or container to be thermostatic can be placed in the tank or connected to the external circulation line.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
