Overview
The TENLIN DC-1030 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -10~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 30L. The device uses self-developed temperature control technology, equipped with High Accuracy Sensor and imported electronic components, designed to provide a stable and accurate low temperature thermostatic environment for the laboratory.

Principle
The device monitors the temperature of the medium in the Tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and transmits the signal to the Control system. The Control system automatically adjusts the working Power of the heater or Compressor refrigeration system through the intelligent PID algorithm according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so that the temperature of the medium in the tank is precisely controlled and stabilized near the set value. The standard internal and external circulation pump pumps out the thermostatic medium to provide a thermostatic source for external equipment.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Power on the device.
3. Set the required temperature, timing duration and other parameters through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the equipment starts working, and automatically heats or cools to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
5. External devices can be connected through the external circulation interface to circulate thermostatic.
6. After the experiment is completed or the timing is completed, the device automatically stops working and the power is turned off.
Notice
• Please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is within a safe range before use.
• Do not perform irrelevant setting operations while the equipment is running, so as not to affect the experiment.
• Operating temperature range of the equipment, avoid using beyond the range.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but its effectiveness still needs to be checked regularly.
